Silly Rhymes For Belligerent Children book

Silly Rhymes For Belligerent Children book

Timmy Davis contracted rabies, from his unclean rodent babies.

Sammy Smith got a grim prognosis, when his hamster gave him yersinosis.

Jeffy Conner, poor young fella, an iguana gave him salmonella.

Tiffy's hamster had a germ, now Tiffy has a new tape worm.

To Marky Spaniel it wasn't funny, when he got tularemia from his Easter bunny.

A rare microbial infection, came from Ian's fish collection.

Don't worry if your pet might bite, just check it well for parasites.

We know what kids like. They like gross, silly, wacky things. (And so do we, since we never grew up!) Trace Beaulieu (of Mystery Science Theater 3000) wrote gross, silly wacky poems in the same vein as Shel Silverstein and Edward Gorey and paired them with artwork by Len Peralta (of Geek-a-Week). As the cover says, it's "a yucky big book of rainy day fun for belligerent children & odd adults with nothing better to do." That you? It's certainly us!

Star Trek Enterprise Light-Up Feeding System

Star Trek Enterprise Light-Up Feeding System

Starfleet technology certainly made eating easier. We yearn for the day when we can walk over to a food slot, shove in our card, and get a sandwich and a coffee. Or a little later, when we have a bigger budget and can ask for tea, Earl Grey, hot and have it materialize before our eyes. Especially with our time so crunched because of the wee geeks in our care.

Introducing the Star Trek Light-Up Feeding System, with starship spoon and motion sensitive, light-up bib. The spoon is a replica of The Original Series USS Enterprise NCC-1701, captained by James T. Kirk himself. Flashing LEDs on the nacelles keep baby aligned for mess-free docking at the face station, while lights on the bib act like a tractor beam for you. Dinnertime won't be this fun again until we get replicators!
