Schrödinger's Cat Executive Decision Maker

Schrödinger's Cat Executive Decision Maker

When decisions need to be made, sometimes there isn't a right choice. Drink coffee or tea? Hire Bob or Bob? Order pizza or Chinese? In the long run, these things don't matter. Give up your free will to the Schrödinger's Cat Executive Decision Maker.

To use the Schrödinger's Cat Executive Decision Maker:

1.Ask your question. Any question that can be answered in a binary fashion will do. The cat is extremely bored in the box and will listen to whatever you say. It is open to questions of an executive, legislative, or personal nature. You'll never know the answer if you don't ask.

2.Slide open the door. At this point, the magic will happen and you'll see the cat flashing in flux between life and death. You'll either find this disturbing or intensely magical. We won't pass judgement on your character based on your reaction, we promise.

3.See your decision solidify before you. The cat will be alive (which we interpret as a "Yes") or dead (or "No"). The almighty Schrödinger's Cat Executive Decision Maker has spoken. Go and do its bidding. Meow.

Paper Airplane Doorstop

Paper Airplane Doorstop
Paper airplanes are the perfect distraction for the bored. With every office and workspace filled with scraps of paper, many of them printed with the meaningless memos of the day, you've got everything you need for a little action, adventure, and origami. Just fold, crease, fold, crease and toss, and you've got a fighter jet! A space ship! A hypersonic bomber! A doorstop!
Wait, what? A doorstop? Follow me, here, 'cause we're gonna get crazy here. The wedge shape of your typical needle-nose paper airplane is the perfect shape to jam in between a door and the floor. Unfortunately, a folded sheet of paper's ability to effectively stop a door from moving is limited, to say the least.
Recognizing the perfect shape of the paper airplane, engineers replaced the flimsy paper construction with durable ABS plastic. With the added strength of science, the airplane wedges in nicely, and keeps the heaviest door from slamming shut.
We don't recommend you try to fly it, though. While it's the right shape for flight, the lift over the wings isn't quite great enough to overcome the added weight that comes with the hardened plastic construction. It is the price to pay for immobile doors.
Features •Paper-Airplane shaped doorstop
•Made of plastic, not paper!
•8 1/4 inches long by 4 inches wide
•Keep your doors in a... holding pattern! Get it?!

Beer Glass

Periodic Beer Glass

Better brewing through chemistry

We're going to bet that you are currently not drinking beer because you're at work, and unlike ThinkGeek World Domination HQ (which has a Beer Fairy), casual imbibing is frowned upon in your office. There, there. It's going to be okay. You know, we have job openings. Just sayin'.

You know what makes us feel better? Learnin' stuff. So let's get to it. •Despite what this glass suggests, your beer should not contain either beryllium or erbium. If it does, you need to seriously consider switching to another brewer. •Carlsberg Brewery was the location of Søren Sorensen's work on the pH scale. •"Skunked" beer is more properly termed "light-struck." When UV light hits beer, it kicks off a chemical reaction, breaking down the isohumulones and creating 3-methyl-2-butene-1-thiol. It's an organosulfur compound, the same thing a skunk sprays. Good for scaring off predators. Bad for beer.

Beryllium and Erbium printed with their atomic properties in a 16 oz. pint glass. .

Star Wars In Your Pocket

Star Wars In Your Pocket

We can't think of a situation that can't be improved by the addition of sound effects from the Star Wars In Your Pocket keychain. Giving a tough assignment to your minion? Send them off with "Do, or do not. There is no try." (This reminds them that if they do not, they also do not get a paycheck.) Have a friend going through a hard time? "Remember, the Force will be with you. Always." Need help from a wise old man? "Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope." Pretty sure all is lost? "We're doomed!" Ready to kick butt and take names? Lightsaber sounds give you +2 to buttkicking. Need to make a phone call to a girl and you're pretty sure you won't get up the guts to say anything when she answers? Darth Vader's breath will cover the sound of your stress-induced coronary quite nicely.

We're sure you can think of thousands of situations in your life that need just a little more Star Wars. The sound bites in the Star Wars In Your Pocket keychain come straight from the classic movies and will increase the amount of awesome in your life by an amount we really aren't equipped to calculate.
